To the walking wounded that walk among us that have a frown on their heart and their hands hanging down because of years and year s of remorse and regret of their actions and  stones thrown there way hitting the target of the mind and heart. How does one get themself  out of embededd sadness that’s like a asteroid  that has hit the earth? Choice is one answer because to move from any location it will take effort and desire like a flower.  One can be a bulb or a blossoming rose by daily watering with kind words to self even if one thinks they are not worth the effort and when the sun comes out and you want to go back to your crater  because you are struggling with doubt remember the time your its not a dash but a marathon; one step at a time
